Our trailer is now older than our grad students. It sprung a leak in the roof last Spring. The fix ( hats off to Jim and Brian ):

• remove all prop tubes
• bag all electronics
• tear out old ceiling and insulation ( 3 dumpsters worth )
• jack up roof joists, add gussets
• new ceiling and insulation
• reinstall prop tubes 10" higher
• level trailer and fix foundations
• new internal bracing

The trailer is now a MUCH nicer place than it used to be. The entire inside space is usable for labs/offices. The prop tubes hold gas and HV; readout is still spotty.
